What is a Donut?
A donut or doughnut is a fried dough dish, which is prepared in many forms (snack or sweet) and is well liked in many countries. Recipe

Roll out dough and cut it into shapes. Allow it to rise again for 30 to 45 minutes. Heat oil to 365 degrees and fry the donuts for 1 to 2 min on each side until they turn brown. Toss in their holes and proceed cooking. Let them cool and dip in warm glaze. Serve hot.
